And yeah, now we're in the process of bringing people to the island for the first time so they can feel the energy that we felt on this piece of land and so they can connect to our vision a bit more real than just through the whole thing

The energy was known to sometimes be so powerful that it would actually kill plants outside of like temple spaces for example because the energy was so charged
And so that comes with potentially a lot of power and it brings so much more movement and power basically to the project you're building
The chances that even those renters are very aligned with the energy that's happening in the project is much higher than if it's people who are just randomly looking at stay on, looking at the commenter, being sure up, and may not be aligned with what's happening in that location
Very well, so I think this is a bit about the first model, again more traditional, but it works, has been working for many years across the world and it's something that is that can bring a lot of financial, let's say, power to your project
