This is a 375-hectare project with a 93% land conservation standard. The existing infrastructure includes well-kept permeable roads, mayan temazcal, pool, cenote, kitchen, a 3-hectare lagoon, meditation spaces, palapas, starlink internet, and plenty of bathrooms, hammocks, and eating spaces. Regen Tribe is currently supporting the creation of a 2-hectare syntropic agroforestry project to prioritize food self-sufficiency, as well as short-term housing using "EnchanTents", which is a minimal-impact, climate-optimal housing option manufactured by a local community builder. The project started as a traditional sustainable development and it is being activated and radicalized to be a fully regenerative village.
