Regen Leadership

Join Shala Massey and Keala Young for an interactive session. We will explore regenerative practices across multiple disciplines (ie, sociocracy, alternative economies, prosocial, and earth regeneration) weaving together to empower our communities and support us in embodiment of regenerative leadership. With a taster for our upcoming 5 day in-person retreat in Pacific Northwest, North America, we will examine how regenerative practices can be combined and used with intention to lead to real action and tangible change. This learning experience will provide a brave and supportive environment to explore the challenges and opportunities of regenerative leadership.
