I would be happy to speak about assessing properties / real estate in Portugal, founding a big land project alone, how to run a vivacious volunteer program (we have 10 requests a day and 10-20 people always onsite volunteering), experience design. There's a lot of areas, I'm not sure what would be the most interesting to your participants.
