A regenerative living system - the 2.0 version of an eco-village. The first Man made ecosystem that uses a more holistic approach towards the right use of resources through the development of both Heart-ware and Soul-ware in order to create an integrated solution for a new way of living. The mix between our hospitality, residential, commercial and public spaces will allow us to catalyze a more sustainable development in the area while we position Zunya as a destination of art and culture in Costa Rica.
